We can supply these buffets for any occasion, from birthdays and weddings to funerals or christenings.
Our buffets are delivered direct to your venue, with your choice of colour for serviettes, disposable foam plates, disposable cutlery (if required) and tablecloths.
We can set everything up for you. We just ask that you stack the china in crates for us to collect (we will leave a few crates discreetly tucked away for you).
If the event is during the day please call us when things are winding down so we can return to pack everything away.
If it is an evening event we will return the following morning, please ensure that you make all necessary arrangements with your venue to allow us access the following day.
If this is not possible we can supply disposable platters.
There is a fully refundable deposit of £50 on all buffets for the safe return of our china.
A charge of £10 per item will be deducted from your deposit in the event of any loss or damage.
We ask that your guests do not take any china home.
We will leave a roll of cling film with disposable plates for any food left over that you wish to take home.
We will substitute any item accordingly if not available.
Payment can be made in installments if you wish but full payment is required before the delivery date.
Any payments by cheque must be cleared 24 hours before the delivery date (clearance can take 5-7 days), or bank details can be supplied for bank transfers.
Delivered - 7 days a week.
24 hours notice required.
There is a £20 delivery charge for deliveries of 3 miles or more from our shops.
We will deliver your buffet as late as possible in order for the food to stay as fresh as possible.
It is important that tables at your venue are set up ready for our arrival where you would like your buffet to be displayed, if not, the crates will be left stacked ready for you to display yourselves.
Please ensure there is no heating near the buffet area and ideally it is not situated near any toilet access.
It is the advice of The Food Standards Agency that ALL food must be consumed within three hours of delivery, and we must advise that any food left should be either disposed of, or refrigerated responsibly immediately after this period for later consumption.
